Cockpit Builder(3)
We are looking for an individual to join our Assembly B department as a cockpit builder. This person must be able to use hand tools, air tools, and a tape measure. Experience with carpentry and heavy lifting is also preferred.


Deck Build-up
We are seeking someeone to join Deck (Build-up). Laminators are responsible for applying resin and kitted fiberglass to deck molds by hand with a roller. This person must be able to use hand tools, air tools, and a tape measure.


Deck Hardware
We are seeking an individual to join our team doing Deck Hardware in Assembly A. In deck hardware, the responsibilities include installing horns, bases, bow rails, hand rails, and cleats on the boats. In addition, the person will drill holes, as well as install hatches, windows, and steering helms. This job is physically demanding and requires experience using tools and measuring. This person must be mechanically inclined, as well as be neat and organized.


Decks Skinout Laminator(2)
We are looking for an individual to join our team as a laminator in our Decks Department. The job requires application of resin and fiberglass to the deck of the boats in proper proportion, as well as rolling out the fiberglass so that no air pockets exist under the surface. This is a physically demanding job that will require bending and stooping for most of the day. Also, it requires the usage of proper protective equipment, including a Tyvec suit. We need individuals who are detail-oriented and work well with their hands. Prior laminating experience in the boating industry is a plus.


Hulls Buildup Laminator
We are looking for an individual to join our team as a buildup laminator in our Hulls Department. The job requires application of resin and fiberglass to the hull of the boats in proper proportion, as well as rolling out the fiberglass so that no air pockets exist under the surface. This is a physically demanding job that will require bending and stooping for most of the day in a very warm environment. Also, it requires the usage of proper protective equipment, including a Tyvec suit and a respirator. We need individuals who are detail-oriented and work well with their hands. Prior laminating experience in the boating industry is a plus.


Mill/Bench/Cabinet
We are looking for a new person to join the Mill. The job duties include cutting plywood blocks and balsa wood with patterns. This person must have experience using table saws and table routers. In addition, the ability to use a tape measure is required.


Mold Technician
We are looking for an individual to buff, sand, patch and repair molds in our Mold Repair department. We must have an individual who is experienced in sanding and buffing and is detail-oriented. Prior mold repair, body work, or auto detailing experience is a plus. This position is in an area of high heat and dust.


Wiring
We are looking for an individual to join our Assembly team. Must be able to read a tape measure and use a drill and driver. It will require bending, stooping, lifting, and working on hands and knees. Previous mechanical experience is preferred.
