Engineering System Technician
We are currently seeking an engineering system technician to join our engineering department. This position involves implementing new models and parts, conducting bench tests, reviewing and trouble-shooting problems with existing product, and implementing changes. You must be able to read a tape measure and use a variety of hand and power tools. We must have an individual who is experienced in carpentry, MS Office,and mechanics. Prior boating and autocad experience is a plus.
Hulls Glass In/Stringer Install
We are looking for a person to join our Hull Fabrication Department. This person will be responsible for installing the stringers and tabbing the stringers into the hulls. The stringers are tabbed into the hulls be applying resin, catalyst and fiberglass over them. The glass is brushed out and the laminate should be consistent in thickness without knots and the proper amount of resin should be used. The job also requires installing transoms. You must have the ability to bend and stoop for most of the day in a hot environment. In addition, you must be detail-oriented. The job requires you to personal protective equipment.
Human Resources Assistant
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Human Resources department. A qualified candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with little supervision. We need a person with self-initiative who enjoys working with the public. This person will be handling all the associate functions, catering, maintain supplies, setting up and cleaning. This person must be very organized and have proficient computer skills. Word and Excel are required. This person will be responsible for Training programs, scheduling appointments, administering employment testing, reporting daily applicant information, Monthly HR reports and other clerical duties. Human Resources experience is not necessary, but clerical experience is preferred. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
Job responsibilities include: sanding, applying paint to various surfaces, tape off, completing touchups and coordination with others.

We are seeking someone to answer phones, e-mails, and faxes; maintain order information, and assist with packing and shipping of parts. Boat and computer knowledge as well as providing excellent customer service are a must!
Tooling Shop Supervisor
We are looking for supervisor to join the engineering department. Duties include supervising daily operation of shops, scheduling work, assigning tasks, and handling personnel issues. Requirements are supervisory experience, tool use knowledge, and MS Office proficiency. Engineering and fiberglass work a plus.
