At the Miami International Boat Show, Grady-White was recognized for two decades of excellence in customer satisfaction when the National Marine Manufacturers Association presented their 2021 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index Award (CSI) in the fiberglass outboard boat division. The award exhibits the company’s strong and consistent dedication to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction and maintained their esteemed record of being recognized by every third-party study ever performed in the marine industry. Grady-White Dealer/Customer Relations Manager, Todd Leggett, noted, “This award epitomizes the dedication, care, and pride, every Grady-White team member has put into every boat we have built for over 60 years, and we are proud to once again receive this prestigious award.”

Later that year, Jonathan Burns, a 22-year veteran of Yamaha Motor Corporation’s Marine Division, was welcomed to the Grady-White Boats executive team as Vice President of Team Development and Strategy. His passion for people, paired with his leadership experience, complemented the company’s dedication to developing team members and working together to live their best lives while delivering exceptional boating experiences for their customers.

Spectators at the fall boat shows were excited to see Grady-White pay homage to their roots when the new Adventure 218 was introduced. With a focus on maintaining the most beloved aspects of the walkaround concept, the Grady-White design team thoughtfully engineered the 218 to increase usable space and versatility, ushering in a new era of walkaround cabin boat design. The beam, the widest of any 21-foot boat in its class, results in a luxuriously spacious cockpit and cabin. Just right for overnighting or day long adventures on the water, the new 218 captured the heart of new boaters and Grady walkaround cabin fans looking for an all-purpose boat.
