Grady-White Boats Upholds Legacy of Excellence with 21^st Consecutive Customer Satisfaction Award

MIAMI, FL:  Confirming their total commitment to unsurpassed customer satisfaction, Grady-White Boats is once again a recipient of the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) CSI award in the fiberglass outboard boat division. The 21^st annual presentation of this prestigious Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award took place at the Miami International Boat Show. This represents the 21^st year in a row, every time the award has been given, that Grady-White Boats has achieved top satisfaction ratings from their customers.

Qualification for the CSI award requires boat and engine manufacturers to be a certified NMMA member and actively survey all their new boat or engine buyers. For the 2022 award, more than 175,000 customers were surveyed through the program between January 1 and December 31, 2022. Award recipients have achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction during the past program year and demonstrated continuous improvement to better their customers’ experiences.

This year’s winners were recognized by NMMA at the Miami International Boat Show on February 16, 2023. “As recreational boating continues to welcome an influx of new boaters, we are committed to providing ever-improving experiences for new and existing boat owners before, during, and after their time spent on the water,” said Robert Newsome, senior vice president of operations for NMMA. “We applaud these boat and engine manufacturers for creating an exceptional purchase journey and product to ensure an outstanding experience that creates a life-long love of boating for boaters worldwide.”
