Greenville, NC: For the 23rd consecutive year, and every year the award has been presented, Grady-White has been honored by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) with the Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award in the fiberglass outboard boat division. Given to manufacturers who actively measure customer experience and make conscious strides to improve and enhance their customers’ overall boating enjoyment, the CSI award is a coveted symbol of excellence in satisfaction and service. Receiving this prestigious award once again is a testament to the success of Grady-White’s dedication to exceptional customer satisfaction – a core value and top priority of the company for more than 65 years.

To qualify, recipients must be a certified NMMA member, and actively survey customers who made purchases between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024. Winners must maintain an average standard of excellence of 90% or higher for the year, based on their customers’ satisfaction with the product, its quality, and the buying experience, delivery, and service.

The 2025 CSI recipients were recognized by the NMMA on February 13, 2025, at the Miami International Boat Show. “Today’s boaters not only seek exceptional on-water experiences with their boat, but the highest level of overall customer experience with the dealer from purchase to delivery through ongoing service and maintenance,” said Robert Newsome, Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations for NMMA. “We recognize and applaud these boat and engine manufacturers for setting the standard by delivering an exceptional purchase journey, playing a vital role in boater retention.”

“It is a great feeling to once again accept the CSI award on behalf of everyone at Grady-White. Knowing that we achieved our ultimate goal of exceptional customer satisfaction for the 23rd year in a row is a real sense of pride for us all,” said Todd Leggett, Grady-White Director of Sales and Customer Relations. “This award is a true testament to the dedication of our entire team, from the people who work at the factory to the dealers that sell and service the products we produce and speaks to the work we do to ensure our customers are delighted with their boats.”
